Out on the Ocean Nov 8

We are being very careful around bridges these days. Yesterday we touched a bridge 2.5 hours before low tide. Today we have two bridges to go under with just enough time to go under the first 2 hours before low tide and mahe it to the next 2 hours after low tide.
The wind on the ocean was to be from the North then the Nirth East at about 10 knots. We decided to go out and come in at St Helena Sound. We left at 7:00 and battled the current until we were outside the harbour. It is 10:30 and we are less then 20 miles from turning in. The wind is 14 knots from about 80 degrees. We are doing 7 knots with 2000 rpm and the jib. The sun was out but has gone behind the clouds as they said it would.
