We got up at 5:30 to fine it raining a little, no change in the weather report and the wind already from the South. I decided not to go and Trish quickly agreed.
We are both a little bit nervous about the ocean and want it to be an enjoyable experience. The marine weather is calling for unsettled seas today reaching a height of 3-5 feet. this is the average of the highest third of the waves. that means the highest waves could be higher then 5 feet.
The weather forecast which could be wrong says the ocean will remain like today until perhaps Sunday or Monday.
It is an overcast day but best sail with a picture.
