Having had a wonderful trip on The Atlantic we pulled into. Barnegat around 4:00. First stop was diesel and a pump out. Got diesel at $3.89 a gallon, but no pump out. Then headed for a anchorage for the night. As we were checking the depth a man and his wife and their friend in a pontoon boat came by and said they really liked our boat. Trish asked them if the knew who owned the mooring balls by the spot we had chosen to anchor.
The man said no put follow him his yacht club owned a ball in a more protected place. We followed him and took the mooring. I it turns out he has just bought a Pasort 47 called Iris which will be in the Anappolis Boat Show.
We intend to get up early tomorrow amd go to Cape May.
