We've gone to the DOG

Yesterday we decided to go and watch Dog Racing. Trish and I did not do very well. in the first race we bet the Quinella 4 & 2. it was set to pay 17 to 1. The number 4 dog was the favourite while number 2 was about he 4th favourite. In the first turn our #4 tripped over himself and came last. Number 2 won the race. we won nothing.

Thanks to Kelly who liked number 8 in the 9th or 10th race we won $16.60. This meant that at the end of the day we were only down $7.40. Not too bad.
