Last Saturday Trish and I went to Rochester. We left Saturday because the weatherman said that Sunday was to be to best day of the week. It turned out that Monday was actually the best.
Irish Mist is a large yacht with a number of systems we are not use to. We figure it will take some time to be comfortable with everything. Last week the things we needed to work did. Our only problem so far is the Fusion Stereo System which will not turn on.
We did get the dogger up, the tarp and frame down and loaded the anchors. The davits went on very easily as did the wheel and mount for the chart plotter. Trish and I have the added complication that several items where lowered or dismantled for the trip from Annapolis. I have included some pictures to show the progress, but with the tarp frame and tender on deck it is not a pretty site.
